Remote first!
Remote work has been the standard for us since 2020. That doesn't mean that we no longer have a physical meeting place. Rather, it means that we focus our processes on working remotely. This allows you to decide for yourself where you want to work from. Buxtehude, Berlin or Bayern — the main thing is that you fit into the team.

Then use our flexible workplaces in Oldenburger CORE. Here we have created a large area for our team: You can choose between a place in lockable offices. Or use one of our standing workstations.
As a modern coworking space, CORE has everything you need to work: stylish meeting rooms, relaxation areas, sitting areas for snacking, a community table for lunch and a coffee kitchen. On the ground floor, you'll find a market hall with great food stands and delicious coffee.

Once we have received your documents, we will take the time to review them in peace and quiet.
The next step is to make an appointment for a short, relaxed introductory conversation over the phone.
In a personal video interview, we see whether we are a human fit. That is why there is no dress code. Come to the talks as you feel comfortable.
The second interview takes place either remotely or on site, but definitely with other team members. This goes into more detail in terms of expertise. You may receive a test task in advance, which we will discuss together during this appointment.
