The company founded in 2007 CleverReach is a specialist in innovative email marketing software, which is used by over 300,000 users in 170 countries worldwide. The tool helps to create and send personalized email campaigns for specific target groups.

By people for people
For CleverReach's 15th anniversary, it was not only time for a new look, but brand value and brand essence should also be rethought and defined. With the clear goal of coherently applying the new brand identity to all communication content and channels and strengthening customer loyalty.
The challenge
To develop a new brand identity in close cooperation with CleverReach, which not only includes the look & feel of the brand, but also a redefinition of brand value and brand essence. The team lives for communication. It strengthens relationships between people and promotes exchange. All of these values had to be reflected in the look.


Our solution
An expressive, emotional brand design that focuses on communication and relationships. The use of strong, self-confident colors, combined with a friendly visual language, brings people to the foreground.
Dynamic shapes and surfaces serve as a basis for messages, but also for images, icons or elements from the CleverReach product range. On this basis, an expressive, emotional brand design is created that harmoniously combines humanity, aesthetics and functionality.

The new design language comprises a holistic new development of the following elements: word and image brand, colors, fonts, visual language, patterns, brand and UI icons.
